Made the cut!

June 19, 2009 - Well..the good news is that both Unho and I have made the cut. The bad news is that we both have a lot of ground to cover over the weekend to catch the leaders.

Today was a bit of a struggle for me. I got off to a shaky start making a couple of bogeys early on but actually made up ground making 3 straight birdies at the turn on 9, 10 and 11 but just when I thought I was going to go on a run, I three-putted the 12th and hit a tree on 13th to drop two shots. I made another bogey coming in which was really disaapointing.

Unho got it going today birdieing the first three holes of the day and probably should've made a few more coming in. He's driving the ball really well and I guess he's feeling good about the weekend.
 
We probably got a little unlucky with the draw as we played in really windy conditions yesterday afternoon and the winds that were predicted for this afternoon never did quite materialized. All the guys at the top of the leaderboard played in the morning yesterday in really good conditions. But anyway, tomorrow is known as moving day and both Unho and I are hoping that we will both move in the right direction up the leaderboard!
