Golf Digest Singapore reached a milestone with the inaugural Golf Digest Singapore Parent-Child Tournament held at Sentosa Golf Club on November 26, 2009. In total, 40 teams vied for attractive prizes from sponsors that included TeamLink and Clarins, as well as the honour of being the tournament’s pioneering champions.

A Clarins Pampering Station and ice-cool refreshments sponsored by Movenpick provided participants some much needed rlief from the heat at the halfway house. The elegant Sentosa Pavilion provided the venue for the tournament’s evening proceedings. Kwon Tae Kil and his son Austin Kwon won the A division with 41 Stableford points, while Soh Soo Kai and Soh Jun Ming won the B division with 49 points.

The tournament was very well received by the participants as it gave both adults and the juniors the invaluable opportunity to work towards a common goal playing their favourite game.
